Illinois Facilities Fund (IFF) is a nonprofit organization
that offers lending, facilities planning and development, and research
services to Illinois nonprofits serving low-income and special-needs
populations. IFF services help nonprofits complete their real estate-related
projects and strengthen their financial, operational and management capacity
to meet their missions. IFF's nonprofit status, technical assistance and
management education programs, and advocacy efforts on behalf of nonprofits
further enhance its ability to better understand and support the nonprofit
sector.
